substitute for an ineffective espresso machine steam wand

On sale, this item was reasonably priced. It very effectively heats and froths milk in two or so minutes. Less milk enables a more intense froth. It easily cleans up with soap and hot water. It appears to be well- engineered. It proves to be an able companion to an espresso machine.

Makes great thick foam. Will overflow if you fill to the max lineβ not so fun to clean up. Best results are 1/2 to 3/4 of max line. Tried heavy cream, whole milk, and evaporated milk. All three work great.

Broken after 6 weeks of use

Bought this so I didnβt have to heat my milk before frothing. No longer heated after 6 weeks. Too late to return. I consider this a bad buy. Wound up in the landfill.
