It is preferable that the soil does not contain much organic material, such as peat moss and that the plant is not fertilized with heavy nitrogen as this can cause an explosion of soft, flabby growth that can make the plant prone to bacterial rots. Decomposed granite is often an excellent media as it has many trace minerals and is similar to the South African quartz fields where these and others of the "Stone Mimicry" are found growing. very very good value for the 4 rackets and balls. i’ve held good rackets and very bad rackets and these are pretty decent rackets and if you’re play casually or just competitively with friends these are great and will not hold you back especially if you’ve been playing for less than 3 months. I do plan on upgrading to a better racket soon but I will 100% keep these to bring for my friends to use. I will say they come with indoor balls so I would recommend getting some nice outdoor franklin balls if you’re playing outside. other than that I am very happy with it and would buy it again if I could go back in time and needed my first racket again!
