Featuring two commodious seats with combined foot barriers designed for your little ones to use from birth to toddler years and a slim design for easy navigation, this stroller is a must for families on the go. With delicate infants in mind, the 5-point, no-rethread harness was designed to gently fit on baby and widens to grow with them as time goes by. Additionally, the Minu Duo Stroller by UPPAbaby conveniently allows Mesa or Aria infant car seats to be attached (with adapters, sold separately) so your stroller can adapt to all of your needs.

Whether you have two infants, two toddlers, or a combination of those two growing worlds, they can always be side by side on all family adventures. The Minu Duo was designed to easily fit through standard doorways to 29" and is travel-friendly and - drumrolls - Disney-friendly as well! The mesh peekaboo windows secure optimal airflow and visibility of your babes when reclined. With the UPF 50+ water-repellent canopies, outings will always be comfy during any weather, and the optional Rain Cover for Minu Duo (sold separately) adds a protective layer on those rainy days.

Time is precious and the easy one-hand fold with a locking latch design will allow you to put away your stroller in seconds and easily lift it using the crossbar handle. The optional Travel Bag for Minu Duo (sold separately) will additionally solve any storage problems and will allow you to bring your stroller with you anywhere you go. The stroller also features a hidden pocket for a tracker and a large basket that can hold up to 25 lbs of your necessities.

Man, these guys are a trip! They kept me in stitches! But seriously though, it's packed with enough information to embark on the section 8 landlord business if that's where you want to go. It's got lots of pictures to show what they're talking about and everything. Though it's not 110% complete. If you're really serious about it then you'll need to take some quickie classes on finding beat up homes for cheap. You won't find them all online and I plan to take a couple of quickie classes in real estate. You'll need to be up to code for the rules in your state. But this book is the most packed with information that I know of for the moment. So I consider it a must read. The print quality of the books is tragic, but don't let that stop you from getting your copy. It's all about real people in the business doing it and sharing with they accomplished and how they did it with us. And I appreciate it. And you might die laughing.
