- These plants cultivate dark brown 2" pods.
- Chocolate Reaper peppers have the same wrinkly skin and bumpy texture as the classic red Carolina Reaper.
Culinary Uses:
- With a very strong floral aroma, the fruity flavor is similar to the red variety but with a hint of a smoky taste upfront.
- The Chocolate Reaper can reach heat levels beyond 2,200,000 SHUs, so use this pepper sparingly to add a lot of heat with just a little dose.
