How to use Hemp hearts: There isn't a wrong way to use them. Hemp hearts go great in salad, smoothies, yogurt, eggs, etc.… Hemp hearts have a naturally nutty taste to them. They have a slight crunch and then become soft and chewy.
Hemp Hearts will last 12 months once opened and left in the refrigerator. If opened and then placed on a pantry shelf, they will last about 3 to 4 months.
