PACKAGING: Our bonbons and caramels are packaged in clear plastic boxes to display the artistry of each chocolate. They are finished with your choice of blush, ivory, gold or black ribbon. All favour boxes are packaged with a flat ribbon horizontally wrapped around the box. We offer a standard “Thank You” sticker for the top of the box or you can choose to provide own custom sticker or wax seal to apply to your favour box free of charge. Alternatively, you can choose to present the box with no sticker. You can choose to have a bow and tag added for an additional $0.60/box for our boxes of 2,3,4 & 5. Our Succulent Chocolates sticker is on the bottom of each box.

Succulent Chocolates currently does not print tags. Your custom sticker/tag must be provided to us 5 business days before you pick up date and we will apply to your product. If the tags are not provided within this time frame the ribbon will be bowed without the tag or ribboned flat without a sticker. WHEN DO I ORDER?
ALL BULK ORDERS (50+ Units) REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 3-4 WEEKS LEAD TIME TO HANDCRAFT. We cannot guarantee your order will be fulfilled by your preferred pick up date if you are placing a bulk order within 3 weeks. Are you in a pinch? Give us a call at 416.882.1535 and we can try to accommodate.
We are happy to offer delayed delivery. You will be given the option to choose a pick up/delivery date upon check out. We suggest obtaining your order 2-3 days before your event. Your order will be ready at 9am on your selected pick up date. Please read our detailed Shipping Information.
