          PSA- You need more fiber. I've been using these prebiotic fiber gummies for a while now, and overall I've had a very positive experience. The Citrus Berry Splash flavor is genuinely enjoyable, which makes them much easier to take consistently than some other fiber supplements I've tried. I also love the convenience I keep the bottle on my coffee table and have them after dinner when I watch TV. I've noticed that they help support regularity when taken consistently, and I like knowing that they contain prebiotic fiber to help nourish beneficial gut bacteria. For me, these gummies work best as part of an ongoing digestive health routine rather than as a quick solution when I'm already feeling backed up. However, that's not really the purpose of these gummies—they're designed to help maintain digestive health and regularity over time, and I think they do that well.
