These spots start light green and then change to yellow (or depending on the amount of light to creamy white). This plant is relatively easy to care for and is comfortable in indirect, filtered sunlight.

The Florida Beauty variegata is an unusual tropical plant created from a cross between a Philodendron squamiferium and a Philodendron pedatum. Due to a mutation in its DNA, this plant also has beautiful unique spots in its leaves!

Have contacted the seller and gotten the "we have a 1 year warranty" line. I am in the 300+ lb weight class. I have had many MANY other class 3 lifts and I know it will work as intended for about 2.5 years, and then it will slowly fail and not be able to stay up.
