- SELECTIVE WEED KILLER - This nutgrass killer specifically controls yellow and purple nutsedge and other tough broadleaf weeds and suppresses kyllinga.
- TURFGRASS SAFE - This product is safe to use on nutsedge after it has emerged in turfgrasses. This product can be used without hurting turfgrasses St. Augustine grass, Bermuda grass, Kentucky bluegrass, and cool & warm season grasses.
HOW TO APPLY:
1). Combine entire Sedgehammer Plus packet with 1 gallon of water
2). Each gallon of finished spray will cover 1000 square feet.
3). While spraying, periodically swirl or shake the mixture to keep the product evenly distributed in the water.
4). Use the entire gallon of spray mixture within 24 hours of mixing.
For maximum results, apply Sedgehammer 2 days before mowing or 2 days after mowing. Apply this product when wind speeds are low and there is no rain in the forecast. Do not apply Sedgehammer more than 4 times a year. Sedgehammer is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label.
