Haworthia cooperi variegated forms small, compact rosettes of plump, rounded leaves with translucent, windowed tips. The soft green foliage is marked with creamy white to pale yellow variegation that appears as irregular streaks, marbling, or sectoral patches across the leaf surface. Light passing through the clear leaf tips gives the rosette a glassy, almost glowing look, especially in bright conditions. Each rosette remains low and tight, gradually producing offsets that form small clusters over time.

This plant stays compact and slow growing, making it well suited for small containers and close display. It prefers bright, indirect light and a very well-draining succulent mix, with the soil allowed to dry between waterings. Stable indoor temperatures and good airflow support healthy growth.
