Echeveria West Rainbow is a variegated form of Echeveria Perle Von Nurnberg commonly known as PVN. It is a very striking plant with vibrant colours in shades of green, pink, purple, cream and yellow predominantly. It is not as vigorous as PVN with heads growing to around 15cm whereas a well grown PVN will reach 25cm or more.

Echeveria West Raibow will benefit greatly from additional feeding to keep it healthy and vibrant. The variegation in this cultivar can vary significantly and special care needs to be taken with any extreme variegated plants it may produce to keep them in good condition. While very pleasing to the eye they have very little green pigment for photosynthesis so can lose vigour quickly if given insufficient food, and water or adequate sunlight.

The regular variegated form of West Rainbow with a more  even dustribution of colour particularly including the shades of green and purple is substantialy easier to look after. So use this as a guide in plant selection.
