The base of each leaf stalk--approximately the bottom 5 inches--is where the flavor hides in this citrusy herb. Remove the leafy top and woody bottom, strip the tough outer layers, and you'll discover the delicious white inner stalk. Chop or mince and add it to Asian-inspired curries, stir fries, and marinades. Use the discarded lemongrass bits to infuse tea, broth, or soup with citrus flavor. Sturdy, Easy to Use, and Great for Privacy

This room divider is exactly what I needed! The metal frame feels very sturdy and stable, and the wider bases keep it from tipping over easily. The fabric provides great privacy and blocks light much better than expected. I also love how lightweight and foldable it is, making it easy to move around or store when not in use.
