And while Mealy Kalanchoe may appear similar to other succulents of the KalanchoeKalanchoe genus of about 125 species, what sets them apart is their flower colors.  

The stems stand upright with few branches and are white or whitish green in color. You will notice that the leaves tend to grow towards the tips of the branch, making it look like it's stretching out for some sunshine. It's like a little garden masterpiece! 

All in all, Kalanchoe farinacea succulents definitely prefer warmer climates but can survive in zones 10-11(USDA).
