Growing a Peace Lily plant is a hassle-free process. Ideally, it should be kept in areas where it can get low to bright indirect sunlight. The watering should be done once a week in summer and every 2 weeks in winter. The right time for repotting Peace Lily is spring.

Like every plant, Peace Lily can also suffer from rotten roots and pests. To prevent the rotting of roots, ensure that the plant is not overwatered. In certain cases, bacteria can enter the soil causing the leaves to turn black or show black spots. This problem can be treated by repotting the plant and using a fungicide to prevent it from happening again. As beautiful as this plant is, unfortunately, it is not a friend to your pets. CHOKING HAZARD

CHOKING HAZARD: I purchased these bones for my small Yorki.. He ate the first two without incident; however, on the third bone he unfortunately choked. As the bones wear down, they become extremely stringy, and those strands do not appear to be digestible. I had to rush my dog to the emergency room, which cost $700. Three days later, he became even sicker because he was unable to pass the remaining portion of the bone still in his stomach. I then had to take him to his regular veterinarian, where he was admitted overnight and diagnosed with pancreatitis and a severely irritated gastrointestinal tract. This entire ordeal cost me over $1,500 in addition to the initial $700 emergency visit. I am grateful that my dog is now alive and well, but these bones pose a serious choking hazard and do not digest properly. I strongly caution other pet owners, especially those with small dogs.
