General Care

Light : medium to low indirect light  

Watering : water when the top 75% of the soil is dry, watering thoroughly with filtered water. Overwatering will cause root rot and will kill the plant. Water less in the winter when growth has slowed down. 

Note: If the tips of the leaves dry out and brown, make sure you are not using tap water which contains chlorine, fluoride, salts and other elements that are harmful to plants. 

Food : enjoys a general houseplant fertilizer diluted to half strength once during the spring and summer. Never apply fertilizer to dry soil. Always make sure the soil is damp before feeding your plant.

Planter : arrives potted in our custom-blended soil in a concrete pot that measures 11"x 3"x 3.5' with drainage hole.
