      Material

      Glass-Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) is a lightweight proprietary mix offering maximum durability and freeze/thaw resistance with a smooth finish  Perma Spec Finish is a hand-applied, multi-layered concrete stain and wax sealer, sun-cured for supreme beauty and performance. Manufactured and hand finished in the USA.

      Care and Maintenance

      Always position GFRC planters on a solid, level foundation and not directly on grass, soil, or an uneven surface. Place a layer of coarse gravel in the bottom of the container to facilitate drainage and ensure drainage holes are free from blockages.

      In the winter, planters should be raised up off the ground. This allows it to drain and prevents the planter from freezing to the ground. Empty containers should be brought inside a garage or shed. Alternatively, turn the planter upside down to prevent it from filling with snow and ice. It should then be covered or wrapped with burlap or any absorbent material (old blanket/towel) and wrapped with dark plastic to prevent it from accumulating moisture.

      Warranty

      All GFRC landscaping pieces are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the original date of purchase.

      Shipping: We offer Free standard shipping on all our products, Usually ships on a pallet to any address in the Continental USA. The carrier will place your items curbside on your property but cannot assist with final placement. A Lift-gate charge may be applied for residential deliveries.

      Manufacturing Lead Time: This is a Made-To-Order item, manufactured in the color specified on your order. The Manufacturing Lead time is approx 8 weeks.

The Patina/ Stain chosen is hand applied to the product along with finishing touches after it is manufactured in accordance with your order.       Best pillow ever. Although it still gets "hot", it does take longer to get "hot". I love this pillow. I was buying a new pillow almost every 3 months. Other pillows would either remain rock hard or go flat. I was concerned at first when reading the description as I though the memory foam would be big pieces. They are soft fluffy pieces. I had to remove almost half of the foam to get the pillow to what works for me. I have not had to put any filler back in. Maybe in a couple of more months I may have to put a bit more in, but it is holding it's shape and not going flat. I do fluff it every night. This helps. I am a stomach sleeper. I have bought the expensive purple pillow and hated it so much I gave it to my daughter. This QUTOOL Pillow is the best! I bought a 2 pack. Have not used the other pillow yet, but I feel I may actually go years for once without having to buy a pillow as I have the 2nd one set aside if the first one gets to a point in need replacement. I have bought Dollar Store pillows. I have bought $300 pillows. None of them even come close to this pillow and the way you can adjust this pillow for you. The pillows came in a white mesh like bag. I keep all the unused "stuffing" in this bag. I have it hanging in my closet and I just fluff the bag once a month to keep the filling fresh so it is ready if and when I need it. Coming from someone who has trouble staying asleep, neck issues, a stomach sleeper who hate those flat pillows manufacturers think stomach sleepers like but actually hate, buy this pillow. Just buy it. Best Pillow for a picky person like me. Buy 2 or more so if you have to stay at a hotel, you can take your own pillow.

      Edit: I was going to return these pillows but the seller contacted me and offered a full refund due to the size issue without having to send the pillows back. I am happy with this and happy to keep them on a spare queen size bed as they really are nice pillows. Just the wrong size. pros: they are a nice pillow and the cooling feature is really great, and you can adjust to your liking cons: absolutely wrong size. Ordered King, tag says king, all measurements on listing and tag say 20x36, in reality they are more like 20x30. Definitely Queen pillows being sold as King. I did not see any reviews at first about size issues but after I got these and did a search it does look like others have had the same problem. A shame, would have given them a great review if they were the correct size
