It is preferable that the soil does not contain much organic material, such as peat moss and that the plant is not fertilized with heavy nitrogen as this can cause an explosion of soft, flabby growth that can make the plant prone to bacterial rots. Decomposed granite is often an excellent media as it has many trace minerals and is similar to the South African quartz fields where these and others of the "Stone Mimicry" are found growing. Excellent treatment manual
Format: Hardcover
State of the art manual on a solution-focused form of multi-couple couples therapy for intimate partner violence. Excellent presentation of the rationale and the underlying theory behind the approach. I particularly like the presentation of the first six sessions. However, I did not endorse this with 5 stars because I believe that the solution-focused approach does not go far enough for some couples and that they need some more structured interventions for managing conflict, such as those presented in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

A Great Way to Expose Yourself to Malpractice Lawsuits
Format: Hardcover
What the authors fails to say is that doing couples work where domestic violence is active is illegal in some cases and against standards of practice in most others. Not only might a clinician be increasing a client to dangerous relationship situations by conducting couples work where IPV is present, they are increasing their exposure to litigation. Let's not forget, this is the same APA who turned a blind eye to torture in the "war on terrorism."
