ACCESSING YOUR FILES / INSTRUCTIONS:

How will I receive my downloads?

Your email is sent automagically using the automated system in the store (hopefully omitting the potential for my human error).

• You will need to enter your email address to receive your digital file.
• After the checkout process and payment, the PDF file will be sent to your email address for instant download (usually takes about 3-5 minutes).
• If you encounter any issues with a print service let me know and I will be able to remedy the issue ASAP for you. (it's usually just a simple matter of converting the file type to one they will accept)

I can’t find the email with the download link.

If you ordered the download and entered the correct email address, you can be sure it's in your email somewhere. If it’s not there:

• Be sure to check your “spam” folder.
• Check your order to make sure you entered your email so that the file can get to you.

Where else can I find my files?

• You may access your downloads by logging in to your account and accessing your purchases.

FAQ

PRINTING: What kind of paper should I use?

• We recommend printing on uncoated #80 or #100 card stock.
• If you can recommend buying a nice ream of #60 or #80 card stock.
• However, you can always use whatever you have in your printer. It really depends on what you want to use to color and what you want to do with your coloring page. For example, if you like to use colored pencils, a lighter weight paper is ok. However, if you like to color with markers (Sharpies are my personal vice - I have them in EVERY color!), you might want to print it on thicker paper. If you are planning to frame or hang your coloring page, a heavier weight might also be wise.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:

• Due to the nature of instant downloads, refunds cannot be given after the items are downloaded.
