The Clever Sleep Sack 0.5 TOG is the perfect lightweight bedding for summer. It's crafted in our signature organic cotton and bamboo from viscose fabric which is breathable and thermoregulating to help keep your baby or toddler at the perfect temperature all night. The fitted neck and armholes ensure there is no danger of slipping, whilst maintaining the freedom to move. It also features a double-direction zipper to make nighttime changes a little bit easier.
The sleep sack can be used from 4kgs up to 2 years, so there’s plenty of room to grow. To make parenting simpler we have added a pushchair belt opening feature so your baby or toddler can sleep undisturbed even when you’re on the move.

• Double direction zipper & side shoulder opening
• Clever travel pushchair belt opening
• Nickel-free poppers at armhole
• Place arms through the arm holes at all times and secure with the poppers if needed for smaller babies
• Please wash inside out
• Fasten zippers and poppers before washing
• Due to the delicate nature of our bamboo fabric we recommend not to hang the sleep sack as this can cause stretching

Perfect for low dose, great price
On my second bottle, great product for the cheap price, lasts almost a year. Hard to find in this low dose. I personally find low dose melatonin to work better than the higher amounts. It’s the sweet spot.

Knocks me out cold
I wish I could easily find a lower dose, but this works.
Take one about 30 mins before I want to sleep and when I fall asleep I don't wake up in the middle of the night. I normally have insomnia but one of these generally gives me 9 hours of sleep.
It doesn't ALWAYS work (I have health problems that can keep me awake) but instead of 5-7 hours sleep I am consistently getting around 9.
The only problem is I'm groggy in the morning. But I feel a lot less haggard and anxious in the morning now so I think I'll be continuing with this.
