Sunglow Azalea 3- gallon Potted Plant

Description:
Sunglow Azalea is a deciduous flowering shrub that dazzles with its vibrant, coral-pink blooms accented by a golden throat. Blooming in mid to late spring, this hardy azalea adds striking color and charm to any garden. The medium-green foliage provides a beautiful backdrop for its flowers and turns a soft yellow in fall, adding seasonal interest. Growing 4–6 feet tall and wide, Sunglow Azalea is perfect for borders, woodland gardens, or as a focal point in your landscape. Its resilience and stunning blooms make it a favorite among gardeners.

Planting Instructions for Sunglow Azalea
Choose the Right Location:
Select a site with partial shade or morning sun and afternoon shade to protect the plant from harsh heat. Ensure the soil is well-draining and acidic (pH 5.0–6.0).
Hardiness zones: USDA 5–9.

Prepare the Soil:
Amend the planting area with organic matter such as peat moss, compost, or pine bark to improve drainage and nutrient content. Acidify the soil if needed to achieve optimal pH.

Dig the Hole:
Dig a hole twice as wide and just as deep as the root ball to allow room for root growth.

Planting:
Remove the azalea from its container and gently loosen the roots.
Place the shrub in the hole with the top of the root ball slightly above ground level.
Backfill with the amended soil, firming it gently around the roots.

Water Thoroughly:
Water deeply after planting to settle the soil and ensure good root contact. Maintain consistent moisture, especially during the establishment period.

Mulch:
Apply a 2–3 inch layer of mulch, such as pine straw or wood chips, around the base to conserve moisture, regulate soil temperature, and suppress weeds. Keep mulch a few inches away from the trunk to prevent rot.

Care Tips for Sunglow Azalea
Watering: Water regularly to keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Azaleas are shallow-rooted and require frequent watering during dry spells.

Fertilizing: Apply a fertilizer formulated for acid-loving plants in early spring and again after blooming. Avoid over-fertilizing, which can damage roots.

Pruning: Prune immediately after blooming to shape the plant and encourage bushier growth. Remove spent flowers and any dead or damaged branches.

Pest and Disease Resistance: Sunglow Azalea is resistant to most common pests and diseases but benefits from proper spacing for good air circulation to prevent mildew.

Sunglow Azalea brings radiant color and elegance to any garden with its vivid blooms and lush foliage. Ideal for woodland settings, mixed borders, or as a standalone specimen, this low-maintenance azalea provides seasonal interest and exceptional beauty year after year.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.
