  •   Croton Petra, or Codiaeum variegatum 'Petra', is an evergreen tropical plant with one of the most colorful leaf palettes. Native to southern Asia and the western Pacific islands, Croton Petra has a bright burst of red, yellow, and orange colors on its green leaves.

This exotic plant is a perfect choice for an indoor plant, as its bold, vibrant, and bushy foliages can brighten any living space. It also has an air-purifying and detoxifying effect.

With time, space to grow, and proper care, Croton Petra can reach 3-8 feet in length.

Croton Petra has clusters of tiny yellow flowers, but it is very rare for an indoor Croton to bloom.

  • Croton prefers bright indirect sunlight, and it needs at least 4-6 hours of light daily. Harsh direct sunlight can burn this plant and low light will reduce the variegation in the leaves.

Croton Petra has medium watering needs. Water only when the top 2'' of the soil is dry and drain well after each watering to avoid root rot. Start with watering once a week and monitor the soil to decide on your schedule.

This plant prefers rich soils that can retain moisture but still drain well. You can add some peat moss and perlite to regular houseplant soil to increase the drainage.

Croton should be kept in temperatures between 60°F-80°F and a high humidity level (at least 40-60%). Use a humidifier and mist your plant when the weather is dry, especially during winter.

This plant should be fertilized once per month during the growing season (spring/summer) with diluted houseplant fertilizer.

This plant is toxic to humans and animals so keep it out of reach of curious children and pets.

Not for labrador chewing.
Size: One Size, Style: Stick, Size: One Size, Style: Stick
Not recommended for a Labrador if they enjoy retrieving then chewing, because the stick will only last 20-30mins. The stick does float, and is hollow which is good when it’s been bitten down to ball size.

Great toy except the stitching
Size: Large, Style: Duck Slingshot, Size: Large, Style: Duck Slingshot
Excellent toy. My Lab immediately loved it and I used it to get her to swim for the first time! However, after just one use, the stitching started coming apart under the head. I wish it had been more durable, my dog loves it.

My dogs love these.
Size: One Size, Style: Stick
My dogs are chewers and we use these for the dogs to chase them into the lake. They float well and are easy to see. Even if they start to chew on them they are substantial enough to last through the summer. The dogs love them. We’ve been using them for several summers now but hide them until it is time to play fetch in the water again.

Good for swimming
Size: One Size, Style: Stick
This is my dog's favorite toy for dock diving. It's lightweight but a good solid size for retrieving and it floats with no issue. I do have to keep it put away when not swimming or he'll tear it to pieces so if you have a dog that likes to destroy toys, just be mindful.

My Lexi loves them!
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 16)
I myself have never tasted them or chewed them, but my dog Lexi goes crazy over them. I insert them into her chew toy puzzle and she is in heaven! the quality is good. the only problem with them is that my Lexi loves them so much! he is constantly bringing her chew toy over for a refill. again! Lets do it again!
