This is important because I like the granulated; I find the true powder form to be hard to work with and not as good tasting. This Amazon Grocery Garlic Powder is excellent, very fine quality, dried garlic into tiny granules. I'm very happy with this product.

Whenever I get a chance I order a new one because this is flavorful. Just when I add it to Chicken fried I added on the top after cooking that and covering you don't want to burn it.
