If your item arrives dead, please reach out within 12 hours of receiving and send over a minimum of four photos of plants ? 1. Of the box when it arrived (before opening) 2. Entire plant 3. Root system

If the package was not accepted on the first delivery attempt we will not issue a refund or replacement as it is the buyer's responsibility to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. We will not issue a refund or replacement to minor damage, fungus, yellow or browning leaves, as this is natural when plants are shipped.
