Material

Glass-Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) is a lightweight proprietary mix offering maximum durability and freeze/thaw resistance with a smooth finish. Perma Spec Finish is a hand-applied, multi-layered, concrete stain and wax sealer, sun-cured for supreme beauty and performance. Manufactured and hand finished in the USA.

Care and Maintenance

Always position GFRC planters on a solid, level foundation and not directly on grass, soil, or an uneven surface. Place a layer of coarse gravel in the bottom of the container to facilitate drainage and ensure drainage holes are free from blockages.

In the winter, planters should be raised up off the ground. This allows it to drain and prevents the planter from freezing to the ground. Empty containers should be brought inside a garage or shed. Alternatively, turn the planter upside down to prevent it from filling with snow and ice. It should then be covered or wrapped with burlap or any absorbent material (old blanket/towel) and wrapped with dark plastic to prevent it from accumulating moisture.

Warranty

All GFRC landscaping pieces are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the original date of purchase.

Shipping: We offer Free standard shipping on all our products. Usually ships on a pallet to any address in the Continental USA. The carrier will place your items curbside on your property but cannot assist with final placement. A Lift-gate charge may be applied for residential deliveries.

Manufacturing Lead Time: This is a Made-To-Order item, manufactured in the color specified on your order. The Manufacturing Lead time is approx 8 weeks.

Disclaimer: This product is considered a Custom Order as it is custom made upon order. The Patina/ Stain chosen is hand applied to the product along with finishing touches after it is manufactured in accordance with your order. Good quality cover

First, this pillow cover arrived in a plastic bag (see 4th photo), not a box as the photos online show. Although that does not matter to me, it may matter to other people such as those who intend to give this as a gift. One of the photos I included shows the fabric makeup which is mostly polyester and memory foam with the outer cover having “40% Bamboo Rayon.” It seems like an overstatement to me to market this product as a “quilted bamboo pillow cover” where there’s very little, if any, actual bamboo in it. If you have read up on what “bamboo rayon” actually is, you’ll understand. The material make up aside, the cover is soft and puffier than a cotton pillowcase. Bamboo rayon does have qualities that allow airflow for a cooling type of effect. It washes very nicely. As for the size of the pillar cover, I have tried several pillows inside this case, and the case is at least 2 inches longer than every standard pillow I own (See second photo). Pillowcases with a zipper generally are more fitted in every dimension. This pillow cover fits in all dimensions, except for it is longer than necessary. Not a horrible thing, but worth mentioning. The sewing of this product is good. It has a standard plastic zipper. There’s piping around the entire seam area for touch of class. The gray piping on mine matches the quilting. This is not quilting of the standard sense where threads go through to the other side. It is more of a faux quilting, which you can that on the inside in the photo with the tag. Overall, it seems to be a good product especially for people who sweat when they sleep. I have had these pillows for 5 years, so mine is not in brand new condition in this photo but they still appear pretty good and function wonderfully. I recommend these to others looking for a soft but supportive pillow. They are the standard microfiber cooling ones. I have one and my daughter (7) has the other. Still fluff back up, have just enough support and height or thickness in my opinion (I don’t like very firm microfiber pillows as much, and I don’t like the feather pillows that aren’t goose down because they get crunchy and flat).
