NitroGreen is a 100% plant-based organic fertilizer that can be used on all plants and vegetables. The fertilizer has the highest nitrogen available in the industry which is essential for plant growth and establishment. Normally applied as a water solution but can be applied dry. For outdoor plants: mix 7 teaspoons per gallon of water. One gallon treats about 12-15 square feet or 7 gallons about 100 square feet. Indoor plants: mix 2 teaspoons per gallon of water. These shoes look nice and feel comfortable at first, but the soft memory foam type bottoms on these don't provide enough support. I am a big guy and find that over the course of the day the insoles compress and my feet end up at an angle. After a long day on my feet, my dogs are barking and my leg muscles are tight I think from walking on an angle. I added my GoodFeet arch support and they help a little with arch support, but the insole is so soft that it absorbs the bulge quite a bit. If you're skinny and need a decent looking pair of shoes on the cheap, they might be ok for you. I would not recommend long walks or strenuous activity in them. I will say they are lightweight, breathable and a decent value if you don't have flat feet and a beer belly (I don't even drink beer, how'd that happen, WTH?!)
