Succulent Heart Planters are the perfect craft to create! This special DIY kit comes with all the supplies needed to create your own planted cement heart pot. (The heart planter is pre-made)

Each Kit Includes:
-5.75in Handmade Cement Heart Planter
-Succulent Cuttings (varies in color)
-Cactus Soil
-Crafting + Care Instructions

-Each heart measures 5.75in x 5.75in. The heart planter is made from raw cement. This means that you can paint the cement planter your choice of color if you would like, totally optional!

-Succulent selection varies, as each heart DIY kit is made fresh to order!

-To care for the succulent hearts, mist gently with water 1-2x per week. Succulents thrive in bright light locations. Care cards come with each order.

Shipping

-This kit will be wrapped in protective tissue paper, with the succulents packaged carefully next to the other supplies.

-We currently ship with USPS & FedEx. Depending on where your order is being shipped to, will determine which carrier we use.

-Ship Happens! We understand that shipping live plants can be a unique task to take on, and we do our best to carefully package all plants as safe as possible. But of course, ‘Ship Happens’ beyond our control. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the box arriving. Please take photos of the damage, shipping box and label. Our boxes are insured, but due to the live nature of the product, we have to submit any shipping claim within a certain time period, which is why we need to be notified within 24 hours of the box arriving. Normal transit shuffle may occur, such as; one or two leaves broken, a little bit of soil around the box, etc. This is normal and will not affect the plants from growing.
