Flower Care:

  • Shipped with a plastic bag covering the bloom. Be very careful removing the bag!
  • Give the stems a fresh cut and place in fresh, clean water. Keep away from extreme heat or cold.

The Good: Our Haus of Stems Anthurium are classy, modern, and high-end. Each individual stem is a work of heart, hand painted to order. We find they are typically long-lasting and hardy blooms that work well in all arrangements, especially tropical arrangements. The paint covers any imperfections and helps to preserve the stems to last for weeks! Bonus: Use silica gel to preserve the stems to keep forever!


The Bad: Anthurium are not cold-tolerant. They are spendy (like all good works of art!)

Anthuriums are considered a Luxury Accent Flower. Based on our design ratios, here's our recommended quantity suggestion:

I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn the sleek, open-source game engine Godot. The engine has so many features but learning the interface and workings of a new engine can be intimidating. This book knocks down that barrier and takes you through learning the interface, in getting comfortable with creating 3d objects, creating a 3d terrain and setting up a maze. Perfect for beginners to explore with a minimum investment if making video games is for you

As an absolute beginner I found the book perfect for anyone that wants to explore the making of video games without having to studying lot of software programming. Prior to this I also read the similar book on Unity and found that for an absolute beginner this is perhaps a more gentle introduction. Godot seems to be at this level simpler than Unity as all the necessary elements to make a meaningful game are self contained. Patrick is an excellent teacher and drives you step by step to the point where you would be able to create on your own a multi scene 3D environment. Just getting there is very satisfying as I was able to surprise friends and family on my new acquired skill. Clearly after tasting what you can do with this book you must commit to some level of learning of software and this is where you need to ask yourself if your "exploration" is over or you are so thrilled you want to become a pro. This is entirely up to you, Patrick has shown you the way with a minimum investment of time and money, good luck whatever you decide to do.
