Our favorite ways to use the Hook Plant Support Stakes have been:
- Support for long stems that would normally flop over because of large top heavy leaves - like alocasias and caladiums
- Plants that were leaning towards a window and need training to grow straight again - like rubber plants, bird of paradise - stake can be removed and reused once plant straightens
- Training dragons tail plants to grow upward rather than outward - we were able to remove the stake after a few weeks and the dragon tail continues to grow straight
- Plants with a few rogue branches sticking out - like zz plants
- And propping up large branches of plants - like monsteras
DESIGN
Our plant support stakes are handmade and designed with a minimal aesthetic that does not take away from the beauty of the plant. Each one is hand built and fired in a unique to keep its raw clay look and feel and match the look of our planters.
