Sansevieria is a previously recognized genus of plants that has recently been absorbed into the Dracaena genus. They are commonly referred to as Snake Plants and are one of the hardiest and easy-to-grow houseplants on the market. Snake plants generally have similar care, tolerating a range of lighting conditions and able to go weeks without water. They also have air-purifying traits and come in many beautiful cultivars and sizes.
