This convertible car seat accommodates up to 50 lbs when installed rear-facing, allowing your child to ride rear-facing longer. It easily switches to a forward-facing car seat as your child grows, accommodating up to 65 lbs. ClickTight technology provides fully open seat belt paths that are clearly labeled and easy to access, and the automatic tensioner takes care of the tightening. This baby car seat lets you easily adjust the 14-position no-rethread harness and headrest to help create the perfect fit. Slim outside and spacious inside, this convertible car seat features 17-inch SpaceSaver™ technology designed to fit 3-across* without compromising on trusted Britax safety and premium comfort. The rear-facing car seat includes a patented SafeCell® crumple zone and a V-shaped top tether to help manage crash energy. Carbon steel frame and belt paths provide strength and stability. Had for just over 9 years now and still pretty solid

I ordered this chair back in December 2015 for our front office, and it's been moved to our back shop where we fabricate. We're not a gentle work space by any stretch of the imagination; we build stuff and it's messy, lots of tools etc. This chair has held up surprisingly well! The faux leather is delaminating almost entirely on the seat but honestly, I'd expect that for faux leather on something that is used daily. The seat pad, in my opinion, has gotten de-poofed. So it's not plush anymore but still usable. I've asked the guy that's using it if they want an upgrade/update and they said they like it and don't want to change it out just yet. That's saying something! The size is nice and wide. We've had a range of differently sized folks sit in the chair over the years and the seat was always comfortable (less now without so much seat poof), I was able to sit cross-legged and the whole chair felt sturdy then as it does now. All of the standards functions you'd want an office chair to do, it can still do: it goes up and down smoothly, it rolls just fine, it's still pivot-reclines comfortably and doesn't feel like it's going to topple. I like it!

The only thing I would recommend is to have another person available to assist with the installation of the back rest onto the chair.
