This AI smart plant pot combines a self-watering reservoir, four environmental sensors and a touch-responsive LCD face into one indoor AI planter. Connect it over WiFi, monitor your plant from the Tuya smart home app, and let the automatic watering system maintain soil moisture between fills.

How the AI Smart Planter Works

Four built-in environmental sensors continuously read soil moisture, ambient light, air temperature and humidity, with an additional water-level alert for the reservoir. The companion app translates those readings into per-plant care recommendations. Touching the leaves can trigger Tuya smart home scenes — dim the lights, switch on the AC, or run any custom routine.

We all hear about the social engineering component to an effective attack, but to see it so effectively used over and over again with Wil's case studies really drives home the point. If you're involved in either the management of an Information Security program, or involved in the more tactical parts of penetration testing, I'd put this on your short list of books to read this year. I hope he does a follow-up.
