Philodendron 'Pink Princess' and Philodendron 'Pink Princess Marble Galaxy' are truly different varieties! The Pink Princess that started it all has been improved with the Marble Galaxy. New leaves emerge with deep pink variegation that hardens off to a lighter shade, but still definitely pink. The Pink Princess Marble Galaxy has much more variegation with a combination of sectoral chunks and small splatters, resembling stars in the sky. Both plants are still beginner friendly and while they appreciate higher humidity to aid in leaf emergence, their care is much the same as other philodendrons, which can be found here. 

Like other plants in the aroid family, these plants are unfortunately not pet safe. They can cause mouth irritation and GI upset if ingested. If included in a terrarium or bioactive enclosure, tropical animals will use them to climb and hide. 

Plants will ship bare root, are suitable for 4 inch pots and may vary slightly from photos, depending on available stock.

I have purchased three of these air purifiers. We keep one in each occupied bedroom and one in the living area. I appreciate that they don’t take up much space. They are easy to operate and are aesthetically pleasing enough. We purchased to help with our dog’s dander and any loose mold spores that may be in the air. I put one in our laundry room for awhile because of the musty smell that hung in the air. The next time I walked in there I could feel the difference. It smelled lighter and felt drier than before. The first two I began using at the same time, and I’ve had to change one filter so far. It lasted approximately 2 months. It was dirty when I removed it which indicates it is functioning properly. They are also pretty quiet. I can sleep with it on low next to my head without issue, but it does have a sleep mode. Overall, I have no complaints and would recommend for an affordable air purifier. Update: The third one we purchased separately from the first two. When the unit is ON but not RUNNING it has this incredibly high pitched frequency that is similar to your ears ringing. I haven’t noticed any issues with its functionality, but I definitely make sure I unplug it when not in use.

Great value and power from a little purifier!! I’ve been using this for about a year and got one for my parents as well because it worried so well. I use it in my master bedroom and purchased originally for putting in front of an open window so it would serve as a fan pulling in air AND clean the allergens out of the air! We have allergies so the big fan in front of the window brings in tree and grass pollen and we’d cough all night and wake up with a sore throat. Now this purifier is on a short stool, sucks the air in, blows it up to the fan that we turn on sometimes when it gets real hot. On high setting it is like a fan on medium, and perfect white noise for sleeping. The filters aren’t expensive and I just subscribe and save every 6 months.
