Product Information

Alfalfa Seed Bulldog 805 is a less dormant variety of alfalfa developed to green up earlier in the spring and produce later in fall. Bulldog 805 Alfalfa is well suited for Central Georgia (from Macon, GA south) and below which includes Florida and the coastal plain of Alabama to Texas. Bulldog 805 Alfalfa is one of the few alfalfa varieties specifically adapted for the unique growing conditions of the southern states. Bulldog 805 Alfalfa is one of two latest dual purpose alfalfas bred at the University of Georgia.

Bulldog 805 Alfalfa has the same strong characteristics of Bulldog 505 Alfalfa; it will handle aggressive grazing, has strong treading and trampling tolerance, plus good disease and drought resistance. Proper management of alfalfa is the key to having a successful Alfalfa pasture or wildlife food plot.

Size and Belching
The softgels are too large and the contents causes belching due to the fish oil included. The fish oil is one of the worst smelling I've ever experienced. Perhaps this would be a better product if they eliminate the fish oil. Women's softgels should be much smaller. If I could send it back I would do so. Since I can't, I threw it away and chalked it up to poor judgement on my part. Definitely a waste of money.

Huge bottle that lasta over half the year
I have been using this product for a while now because I routinely have low iron counts. Originally my doctor had me on an iron supplement but told me in the last year I could switch to a multivitamin with iron instead. I found that this is not the easiest thing to find, especially if you only want to have to take one vitamin a day. I like that the bottle has 200 soft gels which lasts over half a year before you have to worry about ordering more. And the last couple times I have had my iron levels checked they have been back in the normal range.

Good
I love these! They have a little smell to them but my stomach favors these types of vitamins rather than the chalky ones.

Good pain relief. Fair price and no side effects.
Size: 30 Count (Pack of 1)
I take this for its ability to block interleukin 1b and interleukin 6 and cox 1 and 2 enzymes without side effects or harm to liver or kidneys. This brand seems to be working well. I tried the Hawaii brand BioAstin 90 caps for $48 and this brand seems to be about the same price per cap. I have not noticed any difference in quality. Information: Astaxanthin works as an anti-inflammatory through multiple pathways. The various mechanisms of action for Astaxanthin as an anti-inflammatory have been demonstrated in several studies (Lee, et al, 2003; Ohgami, et al, 2003; Choi, et al, 2008; Kishimoto, et al, 2010). This research has consistently shown that Astaxanthin works on a variety of different causes of inflammation. In fact, there is evidence that it works on six different inflammatory markers, but that it works in a gentle, broad-spectrum manner. This is in distinct contrast to anti-inflammatory drugs such as Celebrex® and Vioxx® as well as over-the-counter anti-inflammatories such as Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs including Tylenol®, Motrin®, Alleve®, etc.) and aspirin, all of which target a single inflammatory marker, but in an intense manner. Inflammatory markers gently reduced by Astaxanthin include: • Prostaglandin E-2 • Interleukin 1b • Interleukin 6 • Tumor Necrosis Factor-A • Nitric Oxide et al, 2010) • Cox 1 & 2 enzymes (Lee, et al, 2003; Ohgami, et al, 2003; Choi, et al, 2008; Kishimoto, Natural Astaxanthin has never been reported to have any side effect or contraindication in hundreds of medical research studies as well as over 15 years of commercial consumer use.
