Native to South Africa, this drought-tolerant species is part of the Crassulaceae family and stores water in its fleshy leaves, making it incredibly resilient and low-maintenance. The name Crassula comes from the Latin word crassus, meaning ‘thick’, in reference to its plump, juicy foliage.
Place in bright, indirect light and water sparingly – allow the soil to dry completely between waterings. Feed lightly in spring and summer for best growth. Ideal for sunny windowsills and warm indoor spots.
