DIRECTIONS FOR USE

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read entire label before using this product. Use strictly in accordance with label precautionary statement and directions.

Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. Keep people and pets out of the area during application. For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticide regulation.

USE RESTRICTIONS

Do not apply this product by air or through any type of irrigation equipment. Do not use on golf course greens, tees and collars. Do not use on lawns with desirable clovers or legumes or on ornamentals. Not for use on sod farms in Arizona. For use in New York by spot treatment only (spray individual weeds only; adjust the sprayer to coarse spray to minimize wind drift, apply to the center of the weeds and spray to lightly cover). For use-specific restrictions in application rates and number of applications, please see APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS section.

USE TIMING

Apply Quincept to actively growing weeds as a postemergence broadcast or spot spray. Follow-up applications may be required for dense infestations of broadleaf and grassy weeds. Under certain conditions, application of Quincept made to annual grasses at 2 to 4-tiller may not provide complete control.

NEWLY SEEDED AREAS:

The application of Quincept to grass seedlings is not recommended until after the third mowing.

NEWLY SODDED, SPRIGGED, OR PLUGGED AREAS:

The application of Quincept to newly sodded, sprigged, or plugged grasses should be delayed until 3 to 4 weeks after the sodding, sprigging, or plugging operations. Delay applications for 4 weeks after seeding and emergence of Kentucky Bluegrass, Perennial Ryegrass and Fine Fescues.

SEEDING:

Delay applications for 4 weeks after seeding and emergence of turf species listed on this label.

MOWING:

It is recommended to not mow for two days before or two days after application. Clippings for the first three mowings should be left in the application area. Do not use clippings as mulch or compost around flowers, ornamentals, trees, or in vegetable gardens.

IRRIGATION AND RAINFALL:

If soil moisture is not sufficient prior to application, irrigation may improve weed control. For best results, DO NOT water or irrigate for 24 hours after application. If rainfall does not occur in 2 to 7 days after application, irrigation of at least one-half inch is required.

Do not apply this product by air or through any type of irrigation equipment.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:

Begin with a clean spray tank. Fill the spray tank with one-half the required amount of clean water. Slowly add Quincept while agitating, then complete filling the tank with water. maintain continuous agitation until spraying is complete. If left standing for extended periods of time, re-agitate to assure uniformity of the spray mixture.

Adding adjuvants may cause slight leaf burn, but turf vigor is not reduced. Delaying applications when relative humidity and temperatures are high may help to avoid potential for leaf burn and turfgrass damage. Low mowing heights may also increase the possibility of turf injury. The addition of chelated iron or sprayable solution nitrogen fertilizer will reduce slight yellowing.

For best results, the addition of methylated seed oil is recommended when it meets all of the following criteria.

  • be non-phytotoxic
  • contain only EPA-exempt ingredients
  • provide good mixing quality in the jar test.
  • be successful in local experience

Including additives when tank mixing with emulsifiable concentrate (EC) products may cause phytotoxicity. Adding oil, wetting agent, or other appropriate surfactant to the spray may be used to increase effectiveness on weeds but doing so may reduce selectivity to turf resulting in turf damage. Clean and rinse spray equipment using soap or detergent and water, and rinse thoroughly before reuse for other sprays.

This product can be mixed with some liquid fertilizers or liquid iron materials. Because liquid fertilizers and liquid iron differ in pH, free ammonia content, density, salt concentration and percentage of water, a compatibility test is recommended prior to mixing in the application equipment. All regulations, either State or Federal, relating to the application of liquid fertilizers or liquid iron and this product must be strictly followed.

Quincept may be tank mixed with EPA-registered preemergent herbicides (if compatible) for extended residual control. It is the pesticide user's responsibility to ensure that all products in the listed mixtures are registered for the intended use. Users must follow the most restrictive directions for use and precautionary statements of each product in the tank mixture.

The following compatibility test should always be performed prior to full-scale tank mixing.

  1. Pour 18 ounces of water into a quart jar.
  2. Add 1 ounce of either the liquid fertilizer or liquid iron to be used.
  3. Add 1 ounce of this product.
  4. Close jar and shake well.
  5. Watch the mixture for several seconds after shaking and check again after 30 minutes.
  6. If the mixture does not show signs of separating, the combination may be used. If the mixture foams excessively, gels, separates or gets very thick, do not combine for field application.
  7. Compatibility may be improved by the use of a compatibility agent. Follow the previously outlined test procedures and add 1/6 ounce of the compatibility agent between steps (the compatibility agent must be added to the fertilizer or iron before adding this product).
  8. If the mixture does not separate, gel, foam or get very thick, it may be used for field application. Mix only the amount to be sprayed. Do not allow to stand overnight.
  9. Sprayer Cleaning: Clean application equipment thoroughly before and after application to prevent cross contamination. Use a strong detergent or approved spray tank cleaner and rinse thoroughly.

Amazing product
Size: 2 Probes, Size: 2 Probes
This is not a sponsored review: I have tried multiple wireless thermometers for the last few months. I smoke meat every week and knowing the temperature of the meat is extremely important. Having WiFi for them is a game changer. I never had any disconnects and the temperature of the meat was just spot on. I made a pork loin for the first time with it. It told me the ambient temperature and I could see when the projected cook was done. It was the juiciest pork loin I have done. The display was easy to tell and read without having to pull out my phone. The app was easy to read as well. The professional app setting was amazing to see the differences between the 6 sensors all the way down to tenths of a degree. I also got the instaprobe as well. This thing is so fast to read the temperature. It reads an accurate temperature in less than a second. The company is a small upcoming company based in the United States which was a plus for sure. They maybe new to the game but they will definitely make a splash coming soon. It maybe a little more expensive than other wireless probes but it is definitely worth the money. Update after using for a while. I have had no issues at all with the product. The WiFi is amazing and almost never disconnects. The batteries are able to last through the 18-20 hour smoke without charging again. The temps are spot on. After using the Typhur Sync, the meat I have made have came out so much juicier and not dried out at all. The time to put the meat sensor is spot on. I could not recommend this company and its products enough.

Easy to use by itself or with the App
Size: 2 Probes
==Update 4/5/25 ===================== Last summer Typhur ran a sale for the Sync Quad, so I bought that and gifted the Sync to a friend. (It's still going strong.) The Quad has the same features, but with four probes, which are a bit thinner than the original Sync. I really like that the probes can go in the dishwasher, and the base unit is cleverly designed to display the probes while charging them (which is quick). The device and app both get regular updates. A few months ago the device got the ability to control the volume of the alarms it makes, and recently the app added a feature to allow notes to be added to recorded cooks, for example. ==Original review from 1/20/24 ===================== I've had the Sync for a month and a half now and am super pleased with it. It replaces an Inkbird remote thermometer with wired probes, which had been my go to for several years, but it didn't like being outside in the rain for a long cook. Because the Typhur Sync has wireless probes, I can leave the base in my kitchen out of the weather (even though they claim that the base is waterproof, too.) The cook time prediction is pretty close and allows me to get my sides prepared so everything comes to the table at the same time. The remote connection to my home wifi is strong and never fails. The App on my Android phone is fast to connect and easy to use. It has a "pro" mode that lets you see what each individual temperature sensor is reading, so if you're smoking a big prime rib like I did over Xmas, you can actually see how done it is from the outside in. Because the probes are wireless, you can insert them while inside where the light is good before going out to the grill in the dark. I've used it in my oven too, and it works just as well.

Accurate and Durable – A Game-Changer for Long Cooks!
Size: 2 Probes
After a lot of research, I decided to invest in this wireless meat thermometer, and I’m really glad I did. My first cook was a brisket, and it helped me keep an eye on the temperature with ease. The durability of these thermometers is impressive – they feel solid and built to last, even with regular use around the heat and elements of a smoker. In terms of accuracy, they’re spot on. The temperature readings have been reliable, which is essential for any serious BBQ enthusiast. These thermometers take the guesswork out of smoking, and they really do work well. The only downside I’ve noticed is occasional connectivity issues. A few times, the connection dropped and it stopped reading, which I’m still troubleshooting. I’m not sure if it’s due to the distance, as the reader is usually inside the house, or if there’s another factor at play. However, I learned that for long smokes, it’s smart to alternate between the two thermometers to keep them charged and ready for the duration. Overall, these thermometers have been top tier, making smoking and grilling much easier and more precise. If you’re willing to keep an eye on the connection, this is an excellent addition to any BBQ setup.

A must-have high-tech gear for cooking
Size: 2 Probes, Size: 2 Probes
I've been looking at wireless thermometers for while but was unsure about which brand to choose. Then I saw someone on YouTube use the Sync to cook a Christmas turkey and decided to give it a shot. The youtuber didn't just cook the entire turkey as a whole. Instead he cut it into different parts, and cooked them simultaneously at two different durations for optimal results. This was ingenious as dual probes can be extremely helpful for certain foods that require different doneness, and this thermometer monitors both the internal temperature of the food and the ambient temperature. Fast forward two weeks in, and I'm in love with this thermometer. Even though I have an instant food thermometer, I still find myself using the Sync more because you can leave the probe in to get readings instead of having to manually stick the probes in like you would with a traditional food thermometer. As an experienced chef, even though most foods look cooked on the outside, you can never really judge their internal doneness without a thermometer. 1. Highly accurate: Each probe has 5 sensors for multi-zone temperature readings ensuring the lowest point of the internal temperature is displayed with accuracy down to the decimal. I cowitnessed the readings with a high-end instant-read thermometer, and all the readings were consistent with each other. It also comes with an external ambient temperature sensor which is important because, ambient temps may vary in different parts of the oven/smoker/grill. I cowitnessed the ambients temps as well and they were also consistent. 2. Easy to connect: It can easily connect to my phone via wifi or Bluetooth. Once set up, it's super easy to use every time. 3. Stable connection: The wifi or Bluetooth connection is very stable. I've used Sync in a smoker for several cooks now, and even when it was wrapped in foil with a the lid of the smoker on, it never lost connection. There were no complex syncing issues or signal losses. 4. You can monitor the cooking progress from anywhere in your home where you can take your phone or tablet. You don't have to stay in the kitchen. 5. You can set preferences for various alerts via the app. 6. The built-in cooking time estimator is great when you're in charge of larger meals or just want to know when to lower the heat. The app will tell you when the food is done and allow a rest period for the temperature to rise. For example, if you want a medium steak and set the temperature to 135℉, the app will tell you the steak is done when it reaches 130℉ and to allow a 3-5 minute rest period for the temperature to rise to 135℉. This means you can cook proteins perfectly every time. 7. It has a large base screen that's easy to read. 8. Charging is very convenient. Just plug in the charging cable to charge the base, and stick the probes into the base to charge the probes. 9. You can select a preset in the app modify it according to your preferences. 10. Customer service. Initially, when my Sync was not charging, I contacted customer service. To my surprise, they responded quickly and offered to replace the device for free if it was defective. I was very impressed with their quick response and friendly attitude. 11. The 3-year warranty is a nice bonus. Hopefully this review has been helpful. I'll update this review if my views change or I find more ways to use it. If you're concerned about the price being higher than entry-level products, then you probably haven't taken the time to read this.

Efficient, accurate, and thoughtfully designed
This instant-read thermometer from Typhur does exactly what it promises, quick, accurate readings with no fuss. It’s fast, reliable, and has become one of those tools I reach for constantly in the kitchen. The display is bright, clear, and easy to read. It even auto-rotates based on how you're holding it, so the numbers are always right side up, no more twisting your neck trying to read upside-down temps. One of my favorite features is the magnetic back. Being able to attach it to the fridge keeps it visible and within arm’s reach when I need it most, no digging through drawers mid-cook. It’s a small detail, but one that adds a lot of everyday convenience. Unlike some of Typhur’s other products that charge via USB-C, this one runs on batteries. At first I found that a little unusual, but on second thought, I actually appreciate it. No internal battery means no long-term degradation, just pop in fresh batteries when needed and keep it going. That kind of longevity makes sense for a kitchen tool like this. Best part? I scored it on sale for under $40, which was a steal. Even at its current price point around $100, it still feels fair for the quality and performance you're getting. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an instant-read thermometer that blends speed, accuracy, and solid design.
