String of pearls is another beautiful plant that can sometimes cause frustration for people. But armed with the right information, they can be a low hassle and highly rewarding part of your collection!

String of pearls love light! Provide them with as much light as you possibly can. This time of year you might consider putting them under a grow light. They hate the cold. Move them away from those windows! Sudden changes in temp can damage the delicate stems. Water often but they MUST dry out between waterings. We recommend potting in a shallow well draining container with an airy soil mix so you should be able to water relatively often but the soil dries properly between each application.
