General Shipping,

Please allow us up to 3 business days to prepare your order. All plants will be in quarantine before shipping and will be packaged under great care. If you have any special instructions or need the package to leave our nursery at any specific date, please add a note in your order during check out. Soils and pots are not included, to prevent any damage or rotten issues.

Tips:

Once you receive your purchase, we recommend planting the succulents in soil immediately. Due to shipping, the plants may appear dry, soft, or lighter/darker in color compared to the photos in the online pictures.

Soil:

Place your plants in porous, well-draining soil. To create an adequate cactus mix, simply combine pumice, perlite, or grit to cactus soil to provide the proper drainage. Succulents require little watering and never like to sit in wet soil. We normally suggest our customers use a 1:1 ratio (1 part amendment like pumice, perlite, lava, etc., 1 part cactus/succulent soil) soil mix to start with.

Sunlight:

Introduce sunlight to your new plants gradually. Do not put your succulents in direct sunlight, but instead try to increase the sun exposure gradually in your home or outside. Leaving your new plants in direct sun will lead to sunburns. We normally suggest our customers have 40% shade fabric in the area that has intense sunlight.

Watering:

Succulent: water when the soil is dry, do not let the plant sit on wet soil overnight.

Cactus:

NO water until the plant is rooted, and No water in the winter or dormant season.

I bought this combo pack because I had one of those deep cysts on my chin that I knew wasn't coming out anytime soon. I already knew the hydrocolloid patches for whiteheads would work, because hydrocolloid bandages work just fine for drawing things out of zits that have come to a head. I was more reluctant about the deep patches, with the microneedles, because it just seemed like nonsense that couldn't possibly work. They DO work! I put one on that deep cyst and when I woke up, it was 75% smaller than it had been when I went to bed. I couldn't believe it. I was so impressed that I actually said so out loud, to myself, alone, in my bathroom. Normally, that thing would've stuck around for weeks, getting angrier and redder but never coming to a head. I used one again the next night, and in the morning, it was pretty much gone, and it never came back. I highly recommend these. One issue I have with them is that peeling them off the backing it a bit of a delicate process. You have to be careful not to fold the edge over onto itself, which is easy to do because they're so small and thin. You also have to make sure to place them in the exact right place the first time. But despite these problems, I still gave them 5 stars because they work so well, so there's that.

Worked like a charm

I’ve tried other acne patches before and they’ve always pulled excess oil out of my pores, which ended up drying, scarring, and leaving behind a dry patch when compared to the rest of my face. These effects were especially bad for my cystic acne, which always ended up more inflamed and painful after treatment. The Rael hydrocolloid patches gently pulled out all of the sebum from several pimples that I’d avoided picking at; with other brands, the patches only pulled anything out from pimples that had already been picked at/burst. The micro needle patch also relieved my cystic acne overnight. The pimple is no longer inflamed or painful. When I took the patch off, I could see the liquid and oils that it had pulled out BUT didn’t experience the scarring I have with other patches. Other reviews mention that the patches are fragile, but I don’t necessarily think that’s any different from the other brands I’ve tried. I had no problem trying to get one out of the package on the first try. Overall, I think these are a really good fit for folks with oily skin who experience scarring with other patches. These definitely pull more sebum and not as much oil, so you should see your pimples decrease in size without adding to the inflammation. The patches adhere well and stayed on all night without peeling off (even though I’d accidentally bunched up some edges on the hydrocolloid patches when applying). I’m definitely going to keep a stock of both types readily available!

I suffer from cystic acne (on my chin and jawline, so probably connected to hormones) as well as dematillomania, or skin picking disorder. It's so hard for me to not pop the big honkers, especially when these painful zits have been around for days/weeks. All I want is clear skin, but cystic acne combined with skin picking leaves me with scars that take months to fade even when I'm pimple-free . I've been using Rael's Miracle Patch (pink package) for awhile. This is a great product, and works best on more surface-level zits. Last night, I tried the Acne Healing Patch (green package) on a persistent cystic zit I've already tried to extract, plus another cyst brewing on the other side of my chin. I've used so many different products to treat cystic acne, but nothing has worked like Rael's Acne Healing Patch. I kept the patches on overnight, and in the morning I found both had reduced significantly in size. The zits are well on their way to healing, and I finally feel like I will be able to treat cystic blemishes effectively and go concealer-free in the coming months. I never write reviews, but I felt I should share this experience with Rael patches. Acne can be so mentally debilitating, and I've been helped by a lot of fellow acne sufferers who share their experiences in product reviews. I hope my review is helpful for someone else.
