Monstera adansonii ssp. laniata "Large Form" is a hard to find, large leaved form of M. adansonii. This robust plant is easy to care for and will grow larger when given a support to climb. This subspecies can also be identified by its yellow spathes.
After thorough research and confirmation from the International Aroid Society it has been determined that this plant is now classified as Monstera adansonii subsp. laniata “Large Form”. This plant has deciduous petiole wings (meaning they brown and fall away from the plant) whereas a M. ssp. blanchetii has persistent petiole wings.
Shade to partial shade, 45 to 95 degrees, 16-18in. tall but will climb or trail, allow to get fairly dry between watering
