Healthy Harvest searched nearly 10 years for a pure Italian extra virgin olive oil that was high enough quality to put their name on it. This is it! Healthy Harvest True Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold pressed from early-harvest Frantoio and Moraiolo olives traditionally grown on a single family estate in Tuscany, Italy since 1803 without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizer. Frantoio olives are the only variety native to Tuscany, and both Frantoio and Moraiolo varieties are well-documented for their high antioxidant content. This is a very rare, small batch robust oil with a peppery finish. Good quality olive oil elevates the taste of all food, whether cold or hot.
Uses:
- You can drink it on its own daily for major health benefits. The high polyphenols make this oil ideal for finishing and dipping. We also enjoy it drizzled on a variety of dishes such as: fresh basil and tomato, dark chocolate, artisan breads, seafood, and avocado toast.
