Need your UPPAbaby Cruz Repairing?.

Buggy Pitstop are an UPPAbaby Mini Hub. We are factory trained and authorised to repair and maintain UPPAbaby Cruz pushchairs of all ages. 

Choose to bring your stroller into us for a While You Wait same day repair or we can arrange a courier collection and return from anywhere in the UK mainland for just £30.

What is the difference between and Express Repair and a normal repair?

Express Repairs take priority over all normal repairs and are designed for people who need their pushchair fixed immediately. Express repairs are done on the day we receive the pushchair.

Please allow a minimum of 5 working days to complete a normal repair once we receive the pushchair.

How to book a repair: 

  1. Choose which repair you prefer, normal or Express.
  2. Use the form above to let us know the problem.
  3. Choose how you will get the pushchair to us.
  4. Add to basket and complete the payment process.
  5. Once we receive your order, we will call you to book your drop off/courier collection.

If you choose to drop your UPPAbaby Cruz off at our repair centre.

We are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday apart from Bank Holidays. We will let you know when the repair is complete and you can collect your pushchair.

If you choose to us a courier.

If you choose to arrange a courier collection and return, we will contact you by telephone to arrange the collection of your UPPAbaby Cruz by our selected courier.

When we receive your UPPAbaby Cruz, we will inspect it and let you know if any spare parts are needed and how much these will cost.

We will repair your UPPAbaby Cruz and arrange to return it to you using a courier.

FAQ’s

How long does it take?

Express repairs are done while you wait and generally take less than an hour, or if you send your stroller to us by courier we will repair the stroller the same day it arrives with us which normally takes 3 working days

Normal repairs take a minimum of 5 working days to complete.

Our skilled technicians use only genuine manufacturer parts and provide top-notch workmanship to get you back on the road in no time. Once complete we will arrange to return (or collection) of your pushchair immediately.

How much does it cost?

The price you pay when you check out covers the repair labour.

When your UPPAbaby Cruz arrives, one of our engineers will take a look at the problem and will contact you to let you know if any spare parts are required to fix it.

Spare parts are not included in the repair fee and will be charged once the repair is complete

I am always a size 8 in boots, sandals, sneakers and read these ran large so ordered a size 7.5. They are still too big on me. I sent back for a 7 and I will update when I get those. They are very, very cute and comfortable! I love the cloth that goes over the foot!! That makes them seem a bit more fancy than regular flip flops. They also do sound like regular flip flops, so if you want a quiet sandal these are not for you. They are very cushioned and I can def feel the arch support. You will need to size down at least half size and maybe one whole size. The hardest thing for me was to pick a color! May have to get several pair! Just ordered my mom the dark blue and I know she will love them!!! Highly recommend, especially for the low price! Update: Got the 7 and are still too big. As I said, I got my mom the 6 so I tried them on and they are still a tad too big on me!!! BTW the sizes 8,7.5,7 and the 6 I can hardly see any difference whatsoever! They don't come in 5 1/2 so I am sending the 7 back for a 6 and keeping those just because they are so darn cute and comfortable! I also don't have a very thick foot so I wish the straps were a tad tighter, but I will deal with it. So, to sum up: Be sure to size down at least one size and maybe even two. Returns are easy, so maybe try a few different sizes! I haven't worn a size 6 since I was in about the 6th grade, so not sure what is going on with the sizing. Oh yeah, I did get three different colors and the sizing was the same with all three. HTH! Good luck!
