The Philodendron 'Orange Marmalade' is a breathtaking, rare hybrid that is a must-have for serious plant collectors. Living up to its "Quadcolor" nickname, this plant is celebrated for its dynamic color transitions. As new leaves emerge, they unfurl in shades of bright orange and copper, eventually maturing into a mottled lime green and dark forest green, creating a stunning "marmalade" effect across the foliage.
A cultivated hybrid variety of the Philodendron genus, which is native to the tropical regions of Central and South America.
In an indoor setting, it is rare for this hybrid to flower. However, like other Philodendrons, its "flower" is actually a spathe and spadix. While the foliage is the main attraction, the bloom is typically a waxy, hooded bract that encloses a central spike.
-
Bright, indirect light. This is crucial for maintaining the "Quadcolor" variegation. Too little light will cause the leaves to turn solid green.
Moderate. Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil feel dry. It prefers to stay moist but never soggy.
Aroid Mix. Needs a chunky, well-aerated medium. Mix potting soil with orchid bark, perlite, and charcoal.
18°C – 27°C (65°F – 80°F). It thrives in warm, humid environments. Protect it from temperatures below 15°C.
This plant should be fertilized once during the growing season (spring/summer) with diluted houseplant fertilizer.
Toxic. Contains calcium oxalate crystals. Keep away from pets and children as it can cause irritation if ingested.
-
Zones 9-11. Strictly an indoor plant in cooler climates.

Dry mouth is miserable.
Size: 27 Count (Pack of 1)
The mouth lozenges for dry mouth were excellent at first, but I have dry mouth all day, and they started upsetting my stomach. I guess I was taking too many. Since I switched to the spry, I don't have a problem. I keep the a small bottle of the spray in my pocketbook, because I need it sporadically. It is probably different with each individual.

Powerful and eye-opening
Format: Paperback
A therapist on TikTok recommended this (thank you Kendyl!) and it is easily the most important book I've purchased in years. It pulls together the threads of otherwise "unimportant" early life events and helps to piece together a clearer picture of how those shape our thoughts, feelings, and behavior as adults. It's written for clinicians but would be helpful for a curious client who understands the basics of "parts" work and wants to use this as a resource in conjunction with therapy.
