Watermelon peperomia are unique plants. Their large, green and silvery striped leaves often hide their bright red petioles, like the green striped rind hides the red insides of a watermelon! Water your peperomia when the soil is 50-75% dry. 

Peperomia are pet safe! No danger here when it comes to our furry friends. Peperomia are a staple when it comes to tropical bioactive enclosures for reptiles and amphibians. Watermelon peperomia are one of the more fragile peperomia and are best suited to enclosures with small animals.

I am very satisfied with this blanket. I ordered the tie dye brown and the other side is a nice light brown color. One thing is that the double sides aren't bonded together so it's like having two blankets sewed together but it's not so unruly, for me, that it becomes unruly. I've had double sided throws that weren't bonded that were much heavier than this one and was hard to maneuver, fold up and such as the sides were not bonded together. Anyway, adequate thickness and super soft. Not super heavy, not too lightweight...a goldilocks weight.
