These flower buds are from our earliest bloomer- our stunning "Folgate" variety. This compact English lavender is often chosen for essential oil distillation, and is also popular with chefs and bakers as it is an excellent culinary variety. It is deep purple in color, sweetly fragrant. and quite versatile. Besides being an excellent culinary lavender, it is also a perfect lavender to fill sachets, to use for aromatics, and so much more.
Your jar will include over 1 ounce of beautifully fragrant Folgate lavender buds that you can use for your favorite foods, beverages or crafts. To best preserve their color and fragrance, we recommended keeping your lavender buds out of direct sunlight.
