Eagle machines utilize Dual Axis Technology, which allows the user to choose between a machine-defined converging arc of motion, or a user-defined arc incorporating both converging and diverging motions, as well as independent movement arms, which promote symmetrical strength development.

The user grasps handles placed at shoulder level and lifts the loaded or selected weight by pushing upward until the arms are fully extended overhead.
