MATERIAL
Our Workhorse Stainless Steel Mixing Bowls are made from 301 series stainless steel. Stainless steel mixing bowls are more hygienic than plastic mixing bowls while also being lighter and more durable than glass or ceramic mixing bowls. That’s why they are the go-to for professional kitchens, but it’s also what makes them great around the home kitchen.

Our Workhorse Stainless Steel Mixing Bowls are 100% Made in the USA from only U.S. sourced stainless steel. We’re proud to support U.S. manufacturing and U.S. jobs, but for us, U.S. production is also about the added safety and accountability that comes with it. Even still, no matter where a product is made, we think it’s important to verify that mistakes haven’t occurred. That’s why we send one bowl from every batch out to an independent lab for heavy metals testing (lead, mercury, and cadmium) and screen every batch for radioactivity.
