Convallaria Majalis, commonly known as Lily of the Valley, is a classic, beloved perennial known for its sweetly fragrant, bell-shaped white flowers that bloom in late spring. The delicate blooms are carried on slender stems and are surrounded by lush, lance-shaped green foliage, creating a beautiful and elegant display. This shade-loving plant is perfect for woodland gardens, shaded borders, or as a ground cover under trees. It thrives in USDA hardiness zones 3 to 8 and prefers moist, well-drained soil enriched with organic matter. Once established, Lily of the Valley spreads easily and can create a dense, lush carpet of foliage and flowers. Not only is Convallaria Majalis visually appealing, but its delightful fragrance is also a garden favorite. However, gardeners should note that all parts of the plant are toxic if ingested, so care should be taken when planting in areas accessible to pets and children.

Great Practice Questions!
Format: Paperback
I mostly used this book for the practice questions, which aligned with all the topics we discussed in class. This book was organized in a way that made sense and followed my professor’s syllabus. Definitely worth the investment if you want to practice essay questions for torts!

Poorly written, but possibly best of all the garbage available today.
Format: Paperback
E&E's (including torts) are of questionable value except as an introduction to ideas and terms. The actual examples and explanations are at times self-contradictory, especially regarding the certainty of the authors in how a court would rule. I would not recommend these books to anyone going to law school if there were something better available. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with anything better at this point. Read the whole first-year series before law school if you can't find a better series.
