Light: Your Algaonema will enjoy low lighting to bright indirect light. The rule of thumb with these plants is, the darker the leaves, the less light is needed. A bright room with the plant sitting in a shaded spot is best.

Water: Your Algaonema thrives in moist, but not water-logged, soil. Water your plant thoroughly, then allow it to dry out before watering again. Remember to avoid letting your plant dry out completely.
