Nuna has added a few enhancements to one of the top-rated and most well-loved convertible car seats on the market with the 2024 Nuna RAVA. Boasting some stylish new color fashions, several improved comfort features, and some extended usage options, the latest edition of the Nuna RAVA will continue to set the standard for all your family journeys.
The updated Nuna RAVA continues to check all the boxes for parents by exceeding American safety standards, while featuring an uncomplicated and easy-to-install design with a stylish, sophisticated look. Delivering high-quality, breathable fabrics in a fresh set of new fashions, the Bamboo/polyester-blend materials are free of flame retardant chemicals and are naturally flame resistant. Bamboo also provides the advantage of helping to regulate your child's body temperature, while also being antibacterial, hypoallergenic and incredibly soft for the little one.
Nuna has enhanced the forward-facing usage capacity of the RAVA from 25-65 pounds to 30-65 pounds, (no change to rear-facing usage) allowing you to keep your child in the rear-facing position as long as possible, keeping them safer and more secure before they transition to the forward-facing position. With side and back ventilation panels, a new covered harness adjuster and outward-facing calf support for added leg-room, the little one will be more comfortable than ever on all your adventures.
Boasting an industry-leading 50-pound rear-facing weight capacity, the RAVA is truly a seat that grows with your child, all the way up to 65 pounds when forward facing. The 10-position headrest easily adjusts with one hand, and the removable infant head and body inserts provide for an easy and comfortable ride for your growing baby. Adding to the comfort is a pop-out footrest that adds two inches of legroom for rear-facing relaxation, and extra support when the little one begins forward-facing.
An all-steel frame and reinforced belt path provide superior protection while EPO energy-absorbing foam and side impact protection (SIP) pods take safety to the next level. The RAVA also features Simply™ secure installation and advanced safety technology that makes installation swift, secure and straightforward, giving you the confidence you need on everyday journeys. The Nuna RAVA is also conveniently FAA certified for aircraft use.
