About Echeveria Mexican pulidonis

The Echeveria Mexican pulidonis boasts plump, oval-shaped leaves with a stunning red border that encircles each one .The leaves are covered with farian and the blades curve inward. These leaves grow tightly together to form a charming rosette, while the plant's stems develop a unique, stumpy texture over time. In the summertime, this succulent produces gorgeous pale pink flowers. With its low-maintenance needs and visually striking foliage, the Echeveria Mexican pulidonis is an excellent option for anyone new to succulent care.

How to care for Echeveria Mexican pulidonis

Sun/Temperature: For optimal growth, the Echeveria Mexican pulidonis requires 5-6 hours of bright, diffused, or direct light daily. If you want to enhance the red coloration of its leaves, then total sun exposure is recommended. However, during the summer, you must avoid exposing it to direct solid light as it can cause sunburn. As part of the Echeveria family, it can tolerate varying temperatures, but it's worth noting that extreme temperatures can impede its growth. Therefore, it's best to protect it from temperatures below 30°F and above 90°F. Maintaining temperatures between 60-80°F is ideal for the Echeveria Mexican pulidoni's well-being.

Soil/Watering: To provide your plant with the best care possible, we recommend using commercially available succulent soil or creating your own with a blend of 50% granular soil, 40% peat soil, and 10% vermiculite or coconut flour. For watering, the soak-and-dry method works great. Avoid stagnant water after watering or rain showers to prevent root rot and other potential issues.

Pot: Make sure you use a pot with drainage holes. It will help keep them healthy. Consider notched pots for Echeveria Mexican pulidonis once the stems have matured for a stunning addition to your garden or interior.

Propagation: You have two excellent options: cutting or leaf propagation. The first step is to carefully select healthy, whole leaves and use sterilized scissors or a sharp knife to make your cuts. Allow your cuttings to dry in a shaded area until the wounds heal. Then, plant them in some dry soil and wait for the roots to sprout. Keep the soil slightly moist until the leaves have successfully rooted, and then switch to the soak and dry watering method.

The Possibilities
Format: Kindle
Despite its potential, this book ultimately failed to resonate with me. I found myself repeatedly compelled to put it down, as the focus on the empowerment aspect was overshadowed by the narrative’s preoccupation with re-triggering ourselves through the perpetuation of a harmful lie. This lie, which has tragically cost many Black men their lives and livelihoods, diverted our attention from the more profound themes of rebuilding culture, redefining ourselves, and creating a new world. Instead of exploring the possibility of a beautiful utopia, we were subjected to a process of de-centering ourselves and centering them, their likeness, and the relentless pursuit of proving our worth. While there were indeed wise words that moved me, I was left questioning the purpose of dedicating so much time to those who did not share our sentiments. Who are these individuals who required our convincing, and who are we who felt compelled to do so? I found Sydney, her family, and the inhabitants of Orange Beach to be unlikable characters. I fear that the plot was compromised when the focus shifted to inclusion.

Wow! Loved it!
Format: Paperback
Wow, I don't even know what to say about this book, but well done. I was a little bit mystified in the beginning. Our FMC and MMC definitely had me feeling a specific sort of way. A father, who was released from prison after "The Event" where all the white people in the Nation killed themselves, struggles with his identity. His daughter, Sidney, a biracial young adult who was raised by her white family, struggles with the fact that things she was taught were not necessarily true, and finds it hard to connect to her blackness. This is a tumultuous story of a beautifully written adaptation to an entirely new way of life. I didn't necessarily agree with certain ideations of the author, who in his book, claimed that there was a lost feeling after "The Event," but that's just personal experience, and I think that many black people would adapt. This book brings up so many feelings. How would I feel if "The Event" happened? Now that the "system" is dismantled? This book brings up dialogue and conversation. Amazingly well done. I'm still pondering. I know that this will be something I think about often. Wow. Very seldom do I tear up at books, but the representation of black joy in this story genuinely made my heart feel full. The love that when black people come together with nothing but amazing energy, was described so adequately in this book. I could feel it myself. And to that, I have to applaud Cebo Campbell.
