- Succulent Plants Introduction-Echeveria ‘Pink Butterfly’ is a cultivar of Echeveria, a genus of flowering plants in the family Crassulaceae. It is a species of succulent plant with a rosette growth habit native to Mexico and Central America. The leaves are fleshy and spoon-shaped, with a bluish-green color and pinkish tips, giving it the appearance of pink butterfly wings. The flowers are pink or rose-colored and bloom in spring.

Poorly written, but possibly best of all the garbage available today.
Format: Paperback
E&E's (including torts) are of questionable value except as an introduction to ideas and terms. The actual examples and explanations are at times self-contradictory, especially regarding the certainty of the authors in how a court would rule. I would not recommend these books to anyone going to law school if there were something better available. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with anything better at this point. Read the whole first-year series before law school if you can't find a better series.

I don't understand the Hype.

Everyone seems to love Glannon but I found other E&Es to me much straightforward and easy to understand. Don't know what it is about Glannon's writing. Not terrible, just not conducive to me for whatever reason. Negligence sections were lacking.

Came used with dirty pages

The book clearly is not new, the pages are folded over and dirty with dirt. There is a sticky residue on the back cover of the book. Really gross.

Best E&E out there
Format: Paperback
This is the best E&E book out there! Helped me a ton in Torts and I owe my A in Torts to this book. There's a whole section on how to write a torts exam and the examples & explanation sections are AMAZING and really detailed. The best sections are on factual/actual cause and proximate cause and the nuances between the two.
